Standard Features
The Vista Suite and Studio have several common standard features, including a low voltage lighting system. They also include a stylish brass entry door latch with a keyed dead bolt locking system, and window pin locks to secure the windows from the interior. Treated perimeter bottom plates and concrete anchor hardware are also included with the hardware kit that is provided to assemble the buildings. Optional items that are available by request include an entry threshold with adjustable door seal, and window screens. The Vista Series enclosures are available in Sequoia Red and Coastal Gray.
Window Openings
Roller gliding horizontal sliding windows with durable, bronze-tint privacy acrylic glide easily from side to side, and are adjustable for squaring within the window framing. Window pin locks are provided for each window set.
RainAway™ roof system with Viewbrite™ skylight
All Vista Series spa shelters use our molded polymer RainAway roof material. This shingle style molded polymer roofing is of high quality, lightweight and provides an excellent rain seal. The material is virtually maintenance free, impact resistant, and won’t form fungus or mildew. The sealed, residential quality skylight, together with the aluminum caps and channels make the Rainaway roof system capable of shedding water in a fashion superior to many other spa enclosures. The roof sections are designed to lock into wall posts and are assembled with powder coated steel brackets that provide additional load point reinforcement.
Low voltage lighting system
Lighting is a standard feature for the Vista Suite and Studio. Two brass lamps highlight the wall panels on either side of the recessed entry, and 2 additional recessed lamps are located in the soffit above the entry door. A low voltage timer/transformer is included with each system.
Optional exterior bar shelf: This shelf mounts to the outside of the wall/window panels and may be seen in one of the photographs to the right.
Site Preparation and Installation
Vista Series enclosures are designed to make installation easy and rewarding. There are clear detailed instructions and an assembly process featuring parts that fit. Assembly can in most cases be accomplished in a day or less. Freestanding enclosures must be properly anchored to a level concrete pad or reinforced wood decking, or other floor structure capable of supporting the structure as well as loads incurred through he forces of wind, snow or other natural load inducing conditions. It is important that the pad or decking be entirely level where the walls align and fasten. Treated perimeter bottom plates and anchor hardware are provided with each Vista series freestanding enclosure.
The Vista Studio and Pavilion are buildings of the same size at 10'5" (3.18m) on each side, and use many of the same parts in their assembly. The Studio is totally enclosed for the best privacy and protection, and will easily accommodate smaller spas up to approximately 75" X 88" (2m X 2.3m). The Pavilion is left open on two sides and larger spas will reside comfortably within the enclosure and allow easy spa entry. There is also plenty of height for the operation of an upright style cover removal system. This illustrates the versatility of these buildings for many landscape settings and the desire for privacy or a more open feeling. The Pavilion is also often used for a dining shelter or for patio furniture.
The Vista Suite is “First Cabin” for spas owners – The handsome Redwood exterior is accentuated with low-voltage entry way lighting and an attractive recessed doorway. Brass lamps set on wall panels frame the entrance door, which includes a stylish brass entry latch and keyed deadbolt lock. The spacious interior 13' X 10' (4m X 3m) will easily accommodate larger spas while leaving plenty of space for dressing and comfortable access to the spa.
The "Grand Suite" is the same classic structure as our Vista Suite with a couple of exceptional exceptions.
In the "Grand Suite" we use tempered glass with a slight bronze tint, rather than the Plexiglas we use in all our other products. We also have a new grid pattern for the windows that gives a new classical appeal to the appearance. We are also able to offer the same design with the "Studio" and "Pavilion" enclosures that we present in this series. All other features are the same as described below.
The “Vista Series” are freestanding enclosures designed to endure in both in material quality and in design. We emphasize strength, durability, low maintenance, simplicity, and try to design as many maintenance free materials as possible in the production of our enclosures. We use only kiln-dried lumber materials possessing the ability to resist warpage, shrinkage and the processes of deterioration. We also apply the most technologically advance wood sealers that are currently available. Consistent material quality and proven engineering make Sequoia Spa Shelters freestanding enclosures the answer for quality conscious shoppers desiring privacy and protection for their spa use.
